Procedures and surgery

Urological surgery
- Circumcision
- Removal of the foreskin for phimosis, repeated inflammation, or by choice. Performed under local anaesthetic.
- Varicocele — Ivanissevich procedure
- Ligation of the dilated testicular veins, a common cause of scrotal pain and male infertility.
- Frenuloplasty
- Correction of a short frenulum that causes discomfort or tearing during intercourse.
- Hydrocele repair
- Drainage of the fluid collected around the testicle and treatment of the cause, to prevent recurrence.
- Orchiectomy
- Removal of a testicle, indicated for tumours, severe trauma, or as part of cancer treatment.
- Paraurethral cyst excision
- Removal of a cyst next to the urethra while preserving normal urination.
- Scrotal lipoma removal
- Excision of benign fatty growths in the scrotal wall through a small incision.
Endoscopy and diagnosis
- Cystoscopy
- Examination of the bladder and urethra with a fine camera. Direct diagnosis for blood in the urine, recurrent infections or pain.
- Ureteral polyp removal
- Endoscopic resection of polyps obstructing the flow of urine from the kidney.
Minimally invasive procedures
- Penile augmentation
- Girth increase through injectable procedures, without surgery. Visible immediately, with an effect that fades over time.
- Premature ejaculation
- Modern options, from in-clinic procedures to medication. We choose the right one after the consultation.
